Description
This diorama from the mid 1800's is truly a museum piece. The port is likely a town in Quebec or Ontario along the Lake Ontario or St. Lawrence River shoreline. There is some indication of the age based on the fact that there are tall sailing ships together with steam boats. Period flags are also visible. There is great detail in the construction of the tall ships and buildings along the shoreline. Some restoration is required.
