Description

Sedna is an Inuit creation story of sea mammals.  This Sedna adopts the more traditional form of a seal rather than mermaid body, however, the flippers are horizontal consistent with most contemporary sculptures.  This large sculpture is most unique for the interesting facial perspective.  The face is on top of the head looking up.  Holes in back seem to be for specific purpose. Stone is white BC Alabaster.  Stable sculpture is ideal for a coffee table/high activity area.
